DO NOT DRIVE PAST THIS PLACE FOR A MEAL, the steak burrito was perfect not falling apart like other places I went on Cyber Monday and the chef was singing I knew this place was going to be good and it was and the hospitality was also great

Have been going for years everytime I am in Chicagoland. Always great food and service. Had the Mole Poblano

Absolutely love this place! I wish it was closer but I still drive the 35 mins to get there. Chicken, pastor, chorizo, shredded beef tacos are definitely our go to when we go there. Owners are so nice and the food is excellent.

One trip to this unassuming taco stand. Friendly staff, family owned and operated, the old man in the back singing up a storm. The salsa was good, generic chips though. The pastor was excellent, a sweetness to it that is very uncommon. Prices are in line with local norms. Looking forward to going back.

This place is great. Don’t know how I’ve missed it all these years. The owner is very warm and welcoming brining fresh chips and salsa to the table immediately. He gave us ample time to order and provided some options of what he felt was best. My dad ordered the fish tacos and he said they were great. Nice and flaky with a lot of flavor. My wife ordered the pastor tacos and she said they are very authentic Mexican and you can clearly tell. I ordered the chile rellanos and they were good. They were green chiles and the batter was very light on it. The cheese was flowing and extra gooey. I would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. It is very quaint and warm inside with only 9 or so smaller tables. Service and food was excellent.

It's a small local restaurant at the corner of the street. We were not sure if it was the right choice but we were hungry. The vibe was of a typical Mexican joint which we really liked. There were complimentary chips and salsa which were absolutely delicious and changed our minds. We ordered Vegetarian tacos and a burrito (yummmyyyyyy). The portions are so filling and at such a reasonable price. Loved the hot sauce. The people were so kind. Definitely visiting again.

Hadn’t been to this location in awhile. Had come here about 3 years ago and didn’t care much for it but when I went today they have definitely improved!! The tacos were loaded with meat, definitely worth it!! They were very good and the service was top notch. The gentleman at the counter was very kind and had an awesome personality. Will definitely be coming back!!

What a great find. Everything we ordered was very fresh and tasted delicious. The guac was perfect, made to order. My son ordered a burrito and loved it. I tried a pollo tlayuda, similar to a Mexican pizza or giant tostada. It was huge and I took half of it home. We will definitely return to try other items.
